There is a respect among attorneys when submitting huge volumes of documents. They don’t play chicken shit little inspection of every single document for reasons of Comity. Coming to the Neighborhoods of the Elitist Leaders and Influential of South Texas. It will be dispersed to the ones we are critical of who choose to ignore our voice! Now I will be implementing arguements of my own as well as arguements I might not agree with or am uninterested in engaging, but certainly are valid in goodwill and productivity. Priority will focus on Abuse of Power and / or position. Our Message Boards of South Texas will enter the real lives of the influential and the Elite.

BS. This is about a public official attempting to establish a new district court in my opinion to circumvent the 105th. And another thing; with no disrespect intended, shut up and become a spectator or ignore but please dont read it and then whine that it took up your precious time or anything else. This board is representative of free speech and possesses a proven background of honoring the First Amendment! If there is litigation it will draw many of our public leaders into the mix. Jaime, You have alluded to John Hubert judicially attacking Dannoynted1 in the past. You have also said this was tied to the King Ranch administration in some way. What you have not done is to strip away your emotional accusations and lay out the exact circumstances of the wrong(s) actually done to you and Dannointed1. What was the case and/or nature of the charges? How does your case actually tie in to other abuses you have claimed? Your passionate discourse clouds the answer to these questions. If we have rogue government officials, that would be a legitamate topic to post here, but what comes across to us Threadsters is a venting session to blow off steam and leaves us in the dark as to the actual facts. I have not responded to your threads on this subject simply because even after the volumes of info/opinions you have posted, I am still as (un)informed about the root causes now as I was when you first started. Just the basic facts please. It would help us understand what is going on and not just be spectators. Actual news stories would suffice. Thanks, Mark
